Black Women in Sisterhood for Action, Inc. (BISA) Endowed Scholarship, Out-of-State

The BISA Scholarship (Out-of-state) is awarded to an incoming freshman who is a first generation student with a minimum gpa of 2.5. The student must be an out-of-state resident, have a financial need per federal guidelines and must also live in on-campus housing.
