The Wilborn Anthony Family Scholarship

The Scholarship is awarded to a full time undergraduate student who is an incoming high school senior with a 3.0 GPA. Must be a current resident of East St. Louis, IL or St. Clair County, IL. It is renewable based on GPA, available funding and submission of the application.
