Joe and Esther Crowell Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to full-time undergraduate students with a minimum GPA of 2.9 from high school or while attending TSU. The must be a descendant of attendees or graduates of Oak Park High School in Laurel Mississippi. Students must have a financial need.
