The Jessica Billingsley Memorial Scholarship

The Jessica Billingsley Memorial Scholarship was started by her loving husband to honor her memory and to help students advance in the Dental Hygiene field. Never meeting a stranger, Jessica met her husband at TSU where they were both students. They loved their time at TSU with Jesssica serving on the Homecoming court as the Dental Hygiene Queen in 2004. Jessica the mother of two boys was friendly, cheerful, and would love to know she was helping other students on their academic path.
