Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America Veterans Scholarship
The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America Veterans Scholarship will be awarded to provide scholarship support to a Veteran of the United States Armed Services who meets one of the following criteria:
1.Was wounded in a military action, has suffered permanent disability as a result of said wounds and is a student with demonstrated financial need who is enrolled full-time and is good standing with the university.
2. Veterans who have received the Purple Heart for wounds suffered in combat without permanent disability.
3. An honorably discharged veteran (as evidenced by the characterization of service on the DD-214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty or equivalent) or person still serving in a National Guard or Reserve component.
