The Sharon Smith Banks Scholarship is awarded to first generation freshman, full-time, with a minimum 2.5 GPA, demonstrated financial need and possess a potential for achievement. Student must provide a written statement expressing why he or she wants to attend the University and how the scholarship will help him or her.
