Scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman and a returning upperclassman from Dallas – Ft. Worth TX area. Incoming Freshman must have a 2.7 or higher GPA. Upperclassman must have a 2.6 or higher GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen.
