The Good Mu Society Music Scholarship Fund

The Good Mu Society Music Scholarship was established by The Good Mu Society, Inc., to financially support music scholarships for TSU music majors. The members are alumni of the Eta Xi Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia at Tennessee State University.
The scholarship will be awarded to a currently enrolled full-time student working toward a Baccalaureate Degree in Music. The applicant must have achieved a minimum of 30 credit hours towards their degree with a minimum cumulative gpa of a 2.7and be in good academic standing with the university. Must be enrolled full time an participate in at least one of the ensembles required of all music majors (i.e., marching band, concert band, chorus band, chorus, strings, etc.)
Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation describing how they are qualified for this award.
