Established by devoted Tennessee State University alumna Annie R. Kinzer, this scholarship reflects her unwavering commitment to TSU and its mission of academic excellence and student success. A consistent presence and driving force in supporting students, Ms. Kinzer leads by example always showing up, lending her voice, and championing opportunities for future generations.

This scholarship is awarded to a junior or senior student who demonstrates strong academic performance with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. It aims to recognize and support students who embody perseverance, leadership, and a commitment to their educational journey.
