Collier/Foley Brother's Keeper Scholarship
The Collier/Foley Brother’s Keeper Scholarship was created from TSU Foundation Board member Brandon Foley’s vision to support student success at Tennessee State University. Rooted in the belief of “helping someone along the way,” the scholarship reflects a shared commitment to education, mentorship, and giving back. Established in 2016, the scholarship honors the legacy of brothers Michael Collier (Class of 1998), Julius Foley (Class of 2004), and Brandon Foley (Class of 2008), all graduates of the College of Business. In the spirit of being a “brother’s keeper,” the brothers, along with their mother, Teresa Foley-Batts, continue to invest in the next generation of leaders by supporting students who demonstrate academic achievement, purpose, and a commitment to their future.
