Collier/Foley Brother's Keeper Scholarship
The Collier/Foley Brother’s Keeper Scholarship was established by Tennessee State University Foundation Board Member Brandon Foley, a proud TSU alumnus and dedicated advocate for student success. A 2008 honors graduate in Business Administration, Brandon currently serves as the HBCU Recruiting Manager for Mastercard, where he leads initiatives to support and elevate students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Brandon’s professional journey includes a distinguished 15-year career with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where he contributed to critical national efforts in a variety of roles. His commitment to education and mentorship is deeply rooted in his personal philosophy of “helping someone along the way.” Through his ongoing involvement with TSU, including his leadership with the National Alumni Association and the Washington, DC Alumni Chapter, Brandon continues to invest in the next generation of leaders.
Established in 2016, this scholarship reflects Brandon’s dedication to empowering students through access to higher education and meaningful support. In alignment with the spirit of being a “brother’s keeper,” this award seeks to uplift students who demonstrate academic achievement, purpose, and a commitment to their future.
